Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is a mixed bag with some positives like a beautifully decorated room but falls short with a lack of proper air conditioning. The service, while commendable in some aspects, needs improvement in customer interactions. The location offers serene gardens but may feel isolated due to the expansive layout. The dining experience provides quality ingredients, but the selection could be more varied.
The hotel is nestled in a beautiful area and offers spacious rooms with tea/coffee facilities. The service provided by Melanie and the young receptionists was very helpful and friendly. The location is convenient, close to theme parks and dining options. However, the dining experience may have limited food selections, and the cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved.
For our 30th wedding anniversary trip with my wife and 2 children, the hotel offered a wonderful stay with clean rooms and a few drawbacks to keep in mind. The service, while friendly, lacked direction and motivation at times. The location was beautiful in its gardens, but proximity to Heathrow's flight path was noticeable. Dining options were a mix of quality ingredients in a random selection of dishes. The hotel provides decent facilities, although some areas could use improvement.
The hotel has a nice view in rooms, but some toiletries were left in the bathroom. The air conditioning needs improvement. The staff at the reception desk was helpful and apologetic for any issues, but their customer service could be better. The location is in a sparse area with a maze of corridors but close to the airport. The dining options may need improvement, but the risotto was good.
